OMG who stole my ads ?
When we think of street are we think of the likes of Banksy spraying up the walls of a city. This street art is a little different though as instead of can of spray paint and stencils billboards are taken over with classic works of art, giving the population something cultural to take in as they wait for their train or latte. The artist is Etienne Lavie who’s project is called OMG who stole my ads ? This Parisian’s version of street art is a wonderful one, surely to bring a sense of culture to those sometimes to busy to see it I like this idea although I’m not so sure that the advertising company will see it for it’s merits.
